What are the precautions for using a muck loader?

2022-08-24

The muck loader is a special equipment for slag removal in small wells and roadways. It works in the roadway with harsh environment all the year round. Stone, water stains, dust, etc. will aggravate the aging of wearing parts. The wearing parts are digging teeth, belts, pins, idlers, etc. The main reason for the damage is the impact and wear of materials. When hard materials or unbreakable materials enter the machine, it will cause the loss of wearing parts. If you want to reduce the consumption of wearing parts, we should pay attention to the following points.

1. Appropriately increase the wear resistance of the digging teeth of the muck loader. Digging teeth are generally made of manganese steel, which has strong wear resistance. However, we can also weld a reinforcing plate on the side of the rib plate that is conducive to the strength of the rib plate to effectively enhance the wear resistance and impact resistance of the digging teeth.

2. Reduce the sharpness of the stone. If the broken stone has sharp corners, it is easy to scratch the conveyor belt when it enters the conveyor belt. Therefore, if you want to prolong the life of the belt of the muck loader, the corners of the stones should not be too sharp.

3. Reduce dust from entering hydraulic parts and increase the tightness of hydraulic system. After the machine has been working for a period of time, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be filtered and the dust entering the system should be cleaned up.

4. The operator checks frequently during the operation of the muck loader. If abnormal sound is found, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, especially the pin shaft part, so as to avoid damage to the machine caused by pin shaft breakage.
