In terms of overall structure, working principle and working performance, the mining muck loader is mainly composed of three major mechanisms of driving, excavating and conveying, and two major systems of hydraulic pressure and electricity. Through the coordination and cooperation of various parts, the specified actions are realized by hydraulic, electrical actuators and mechanical transmission mechanisms, and each operation process is completed.

The mining muck loader integrates four functions of hydraulic travel, excavation and collection, transportation and loading. Among them, the hydraulic walking function is to drive the front and rear wheels through the hydraulic motor, and the hydraulic motor has three functions: forward, backward, and automatic braking. Four-wheel drive has the characteristics of ground force and strong driving force. The excavation and collection function is completed by the manipulator, which has the functions of digging, arm extension, loading and unloading, and the boom can rise, fall, and turn left and right. The operation of excavation and collection is controlled by full hydraulic pressure, controlled by six operating handles, and each handle controls two actions, a total of twelve actions.

The performance of conveying and loading is completed by the conveyor system. The conveying frame of the mining muck loader is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, and the front wheels can be supported when the conveying frame is lowered. At the same time, the contact surface between the front material inlet of the conveyor frame and the ore is closer, and the stability is stronger during work. At the same time, it can collect bulk materials and level the site. The width of the conveyor belt is 650mm, and the conveying speed is about 5m/sec. The conveyor belt is driven by a hydraulic motor to make the conveyor performance more stable and the service life longer.
