How to start, adjust speed and change direction of mine electric locomotive?

2021-10-27
The starting process of the mining electric locomotive is divided into three steps: inspection, warning, and starting.
First, check whether the mining electric locomotive is malfunctioning, such as whether the bolts are loose, especially the connecting parts; whether the insulation layer of the electrical components is intact; whether the operating rod is flexible, etc.
After the inspection is correct, the driving signal should be sent to the surrounding people before starting to avoid safety accidents.
Finally, the mining electric locomotive is started, and it starts to run in the direction of the destination.
The miming electric locomotive should pay attention to the road conditions and the movement of surrounding people during the driving process to avoid safety accidents. While driving, it is often necessary to constantly adjust the speed according to road conditions (such as slope) and production and transportation conditions. Before adjusting the speed, you need to pay more attention to the surrounding conditions. After confirming that the road conditions are suitable and there are no people walking in front of you, slowly increase or decrease the speed to the required speed to avoid accidents.
If you need to change direction during driving, the operation process is as follows:
The first is parking. You can choose to turn the speed handle to 0 to stop slowly or to brake  after the speed handle to 0.
Then turn the reversing handle to reverse.
Finally, after confirming that there is no one in the new direction, start the electric locomotive, pull the speed control handle, and adjust the speed to the required speed.
For safety and to prevent misoperation, a mechanical lock is designed between the speed control handle and the reversing handle of the master controller, so the speed handle must be adjusted to the 0 position before the change. No matter what the operation is, safe driving is the top priority.
